Fairway Properties

Fairways of the Mountains is now a "smoke free" timeshare. The resort offers luxurious one and two bedroom, two bath units that can accommodate families and larger groups. In addition, all units have a Jacuzzi and boast either fairway or mountain views. The resort has available a limited number of roll-away beds with advance notice (no later than 2:00 pm on the day you need it delivered), additional charges apply. The resort can also supply you with additional soaps, detergents, paper towels, etc... for an additional charge. All units are No Smoking.

Fairways (A-Side)

$63-78 per night (plus tax)

Entry level: (One Bedroom- No steps) Sleeps four (4) Master BR (1 King) LR (pull out sleeper) W/D, Full Kitchen, 1 Bath, Dining Room, Fireplace. Recommended for those who have trouble with stairs. (Layout in A-Side has LR, DR, MB, BDR, and KIT all on one level with NO Steps on the inside). Some units will have 2 to 5 steps on the outside to access the unit.

Fairways (B-Side)

$63-78 per night (plus tax)

Steps: (One Bedroom) Sleeps four (4) - Master BR (1 King) LR (pull out sleeper) W/D, Full Kitchen, Dining Room, 1 Bath, Whirlpool. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TROUBLE WITH STAIRS! (Layout in B-Side has LR w/sleeper sofa at entry level but has approximately 15 steps down to access the kitchen, dinning area, bathroom and bedroom). Some units will have 2 to 5 steps on the outside to access the unit.

Fairways (Double-Side (lockoff units)

$125-155 per night (plus tax)

Combination of A-Side and B-Side (Two Bedroom) Sleeps eight (8) - 2 Master BR's (2 King), 2 LR's (2 pull out sleepers), 1 LR w/Fireplace, 2 Kitchens, 2 Dining Rooms, 2 Baths, one with Whirlpool. If you are looking for a place to stay with your family and guest, this is the perfect place. Adjoining units so you can have the family all in one location but also gives you privacy with a separate lock-off unit for your guest. Some units will have 2 to 5 steps on the outside to access the unit. (A-Side has fireplace/B-Side has whirlpool)
